Voluntarios de Respuesta Comunitaria ante Emergencias de la Península de Monterey (CERV).

We offer workshops on emergency preparedness and response for agricultural worker communities in Monterey County. These workshops provide practical and accessible information on how to be ready and how to act in the face of a disaster.

We focus especially on youth and farmworkers, who often face significant barriers to accessing safety resources and training. Our goal is to ensure they receive this information in a culturally and linguistically appropriate way that meets their needs. Through these trainings, families gain essential tools to protect their lives, their loved ones, and their workplaces during natural emergencies.
